About the Role

Pendo's Technical Account Managers play a pivotal role in providing proactive, strategic, and technical guidance to ensure customers can realize the full value of Pendo's solutions. These professionals connect business objectives to the capabilities of the Pendo platform, collaborating with enterprise, strategic, and at-risk customers as a strategic and technical expert in leveraging Pendo to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Own a book of business of customers who have purchased TAM Service, fostering strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of all Pendo products and services.
  • Internal Collaboration: Establish strong internal relationships to ensure seamless execution of customer objectives.
  • Customer Outcomes: Consult on the Pendo product to deliver customer outcomes and drive business success.
  • Return on Investment (ROI): Impact ROI for assigned customers by showcasing the value of Pendo.
  • Internal Advocacy: Serve as an internal advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
Requirements
  • Technology Implementation Experience: 2+ years of experience in technology implementation, technical consulting, or dedicated technical support.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably with a SaaS B2B company.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer relationships and develop strategies to drive success with new technologies.
