Currently, Lycamobile is seeking a Customer Support Product Specialist to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers by delivering product insights and addressing any concerns.
  • Assess product functionalities to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to tackle fundamental issues and prioritize effective solutions.
  • Work in conjunction with the customer service division to pinpoint major challenges in customer experience.
  • Efficiently and effectively resolve product or service-related inquiries.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college education preferred.
  • Being bilingual (Spanish, Hindi, or Chinese) is advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Contribute to team objectives as needed.
  • Completion of a two-week paid training program.
