Position Overview
- Provide assistance to customers while ensuring an inviting store environment
- Manage customer inquiries, product displays, and overall store upkeep
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers
- Efficiently operate the cash register
- Authorize refunds within established guidelines
- Support the training of new Sales Representatives
- Stay updated on promotions and aid in product sales
- Keep the front end work area organized
- Assist with receiving deliveries, pricing merchandise, and maintaining store order
- Relay customer feedback to Team Leaders
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable
- Complete designated tasks and responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in retail
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with industry terminology and processes
Physical Demands
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Regularly see, hear, and speak
- Commitment to working safely
