Position Overview

  • Provide assistance to customers while ensuring an inviting store environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with customers

  • Support the training of new Sales Representatives
  • Stay updated on promotions and aid in product sales
  • Keep the front end work area organized
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, pricing merchandise, and maintaining store order
  • Relay customer feedback to Team Leaders
  • Ensure the store remains clean and presentable
  • Complete designated tasks and responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in retail
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good judgment and attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with industry terminology and processes

Physical Demands

  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Frequent bending and twisting
  • Regularly see, hear, and speak
  • Commitment to working safely
