Compensation Range:
$18.00-$21.00


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of customer service tasks including processing orders, monitoring product availability, and addressing customer inquiries promptly.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately invoice and verify accounts in a timely manner.
Ensure inbound receipts are verified for correctness.
Build and sustain professional relationships with customers.
Prepare customer reports as requested (e.g., weekly, monthly billing reports).
Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage product availability and daily shift schedules.
Work with Operations on special client requests, expediting as necessary.
Act as the initial point of contact for resolving customer issues.
Organize and maintain documentation systematically.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Inventory and Operations to investigate inventory discrepancies and misplacements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES): High School diploma or GED may be required based on facility.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English may be necessary.
Exceptional organizational abilities, including multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may vary based on facility.
