Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling inbound inquiries from clients and providing accurate information regarding services and policies.
  • Assisting clients in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures to deliver top-tier support.
  • Creating positive experiences for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Shift Details:

  • Pay: $22 per hour
  • 1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
  • Temporary Position: Expected duration of at least six months

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is preferred).
  • At least one year of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in customer service software.
