About the Role

The Mid-Market Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth in new accounts and expanding our presence in the territory's existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect within assigned accounts to generate and close new license sales either directly or through our partner channel.
  • Follow up on inbound leads to qualify and manage them through the sales cycle.
  • Closing new opportunities directly with internal Solutions Architect support and/or coordinate Partner involvement in sales cycles.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle.
  • Maintain customer and opportunity data in the SFDC system.
  • Build/maintain strong customer and partner relationships within the territory base.
Requirements
  • Customer Centric Selling experience using a modern sales methodology platform.
  • Strong marketing orientation with experience using a lead generation tool.
  • Ability to execute a prospecting and sales plan within the territory, and work with partners to maximize coverage.
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels within Qlik and territory accounts.
  • Ability to build communities and relationships within the territory.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and be proactive to get tasks done efficiently.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals.
  • 2–4 year college degree.
  • 2-4 years of Business Development and/or 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience (minimum of 4 years professional sales experience preferred).
  • Windows and MS Office proficiency.
  • Technical/software sales experience a plus.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $55,000-75,000 USD per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $55,000 - $75,000 USD subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan.
