Key Responsibilities- Develop a high-volume sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship cultivation within the legal or accounting sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities based on established metrics, ensuring alignment with customer needs and success criteria.
- Create strategic account plans tailored to each target client.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales Operations, Senior Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.) to drive sales initiatives.
- Identify client needs and foster relationships with multiple stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Deliver exceptional web-based presentations and master the demonstration of our software solutions.
- Manage and close complex sales cycles efficiently.
- Contribute significantly to the achievement of the company's objectives by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Accurately forecast sales activities and revenue outcomes using appropriate sales tools.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in selling Mid-Market software/SaaS products in a full-cycle sales role.
- Proficient in cold-calling and prospecting new clients.
- Previous experience in a software sales role with a focus on closing deals with short sales cycles.
- Ability to generate sales opportunities through self-directed prospecting.
- Comfortable in a remote inside sales environment.
- A proactive 'hunter' mentality and self-starter attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven sales environment.
- Professionalism and the capability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment focused on delivering results.
- Skilled in identifying prospects, assessing interest, navigating decision-making processes, addressing objections, and closing deals.
- Commitment to consistent follow-ups, particularly in a high-volume sales environment.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with C-suite executives and understand high-level decision-making processes.
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

Compensation: Total Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000. Actual base pay will depend on various factors, including the position, individual qualifications, and market conditions. This role includes a commission structure with potential accelerators for over-performance.
