Key Responsibilities
  • Build a High-Volume Sales Pipeline - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building
  • Create and Qualify Sales Opportunities - Develop and close sales deals based on sales metrics and customer success criteria
  • Develop Account Plans and Strategies - Craft tailored approaches for each target account
  • Collaborate with Internal Resources - Work with Sales Operations, Senior Executives, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive sales efforts
  • Uncover Needs and Develop Relationships - Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within assigned accounts
  • Deliver Outstanding Presentations - Effectively demonstrate our software to customers
  • Manage Complex Sales Cycles - Coordinate and close large sales deals
  • Drive Business Success - Achieve and exceed individual sales quota and contribute to company goals
  • Accurately Forecast Sales Activity - Use sales tools to predict revenue achievement
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of Sales Experience - Proven track record in selling Mid-Market software/SaaS products in a full-cycle sales role
  • Cold-Calling and Prospecting - Comfortable with initiating new business conversations
  • Software Sales Experience - Previous experience closing deals with short sales cycles (transactional)
  • Self-Driven Prospecting - Ability to create sales opportunities through independent effort
  • Remote Sales Environment - Comfortable selling in an inside sales remote environment
  • Hunter Mentality - Self-starter with a new business focus
  • Metrics-Driven Environment - Ability to thrive in a sales metrics and quota-driven environment
  • Professionalism and Independence - Ability to work in a remote and independent environment
  • Fast-Paced Team Environment - Ability to work in a high-energy team environment with a focus on delivering results
  • Prospecting, Evaluation, and Closing - Ability to identify prospects, evaluate interest, recognize decision-making processes, handle objections, and close deals
  • Continuous Follow-Ups - Dedication to ongoing follow-ups, particularly in a high-volume environment
  • C-Suite Level Communication - Ability to communicate and build relationships with C-suite level executives and understand high-level executive decision-making
  • Salesforce Experience - Plus experience with Salesforce is a plus

CARET is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer.

Total Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs. As this is a sales position, this will also include commission structure with accelerators based on over-performance. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
