Job Description

Paul Mitchell Schools is seeking a qualified Service Desk Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Service Desk Coordinator is a professional with sales and service experience, responsible for creating an extraordinary experience for guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests. This role acts as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals, following all service desk systems to guide and support a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests.
  • Act as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals, guiding and supporting a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.
  • Follow all service desk systems to ensure efficient and effective guest service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests.
  • Stay up-to-date on beauty industry trends and products to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and service experience in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service goals.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends and products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
