Position Overview:

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and guest services. This position involves overseeing staff and managing the daily activities of the front desk to provide exceptional service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and requests.
  2. Assist in training and supervising front desk, PBX, and bell/valet staff to maintain high service standards.
  3. Administer daily front desk operations, including guest registration, room assignments, and check-out procedures.
  4. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  5. Ensure accurate handling of financial transactions, including cash and credit operations.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with fluency in English. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment. Strong mathematical skills and basic computer proficiency are essential.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Physical Requirements:
