Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including managing incoming calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Concierge Services: Provide concierge-level support to our clients and employees, including arranging travel, making reservations, and coordinating events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including ordering office supplies, stocking the kitchen and coffee area, and maintaining the reception area.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including invoicing and coding, and ensuring that all systems are in working order.
  • Facilities Management: Work closely with the Facilities team to ensure that all systems are in working order, and that the office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Event Support: Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, including client meetings and conferences.
  • Desk and Conference Room Reservations: Manage desk and conference room reservations, ensuring that all bookings are up-to-date and accurate.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including basic IT support and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or concierge role, preferably in a hospitality or administrative setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with Spanish proficiency a plus.
