Job Overview
Luck Stone is currently in search of a Customer Support Representative to ensure optimal customer satisfaction by accurately processing order requests, effectively utilizing resources, and maintaining clear communication with team members, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage, and engage in order fulfillment activities including order taking, dispatching, scale operations, and ticket processing from the call center or local scale office.
- Identify, maintain, and accurately allocate contract and private haul trucks to meet order and customer requirements.
- Provide precise mapping and directions, adapting to both urban and rural geography while adhering to common weight restrictions.
Deliver solutions and fulfill customer needs through exceptional service. Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients. Demonstrate product knowledge by recommending options and alternatives to satisfy customer requirements. Communicate inventory and transportation resources effectively to team members, sales, and operations.
Meet departmental performance benchmarks and service level standards.
Manage cash transactions, credit card processing, and customer deposits. Execute account adjustments and ticket corrections as necessary.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to interpret maps and provide directions to contract haulers, and be capable of reconciling cash amounts and/or inventory levels. VA Weigh-master Certification is a plus.
Work Schedule:
The working hours for this position typically range from 6:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with availability for half-day Saturdays as needed.
