Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure accurate order picking using RF Scanners.
  • Conduct audits of inventory management processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain precise cycle counts through both digital and physical counting methods, providing necessary reports to management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse.
  • Manage inventory thresholds in accordance with the company’s database.
  • Ensure organization and cleanliness in the inventory area, including proper placement of items and accurate labeling.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and tools.
  • Manage the disposal of obsolete inventory as directed.
  • Supervise all Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) transactions for accurate processing.
  • Oversee all Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions to ensure efficient processing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse inventory role is essential.
  • Experience operating Cherry Picker/Stock Picker is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a warehouse inventory capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively and improve storage efficiency.
  • Familiarity with data entry systems is required.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or bend for extended periods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Occasional activities may exist up to 1/3 of the time, frequent activities may occur from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time, and constant activities may be present for 2/3 or more of the time during an 8-hour shift.
