Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure accurate order picking using RF Scanners.
- Conduct audits of inventory management processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain precise cycle counts through both digital and physical counting methods, providing necessary reports to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory thresholds in accordance with the company’s database.
- Ensure organization and cleanliness in the inventory area, including proper placement of items and accurate labeling.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and tools.
- Manage the disposal of obsolete inventory as directed.
- Supervise all Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) transactions for accurate processing.
- Oversee all Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions to ensure efficient processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse inventory role is essential.
- Experience operating Cherry Picker/Stock Picker is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years in a warehouse inventory capacity.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively and improve storage efficiency.
- Familiarity with data entry systems is required.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or bend for extended periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
Occasional activities may exist up to 1/3 of the time, frequent activities may occur from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time, and constant activities may be present for 2/3 or more of the time during an 8-hour shift.
