Overview:

Luck Stone is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance customer satisfaction by accurately processing order requests, optimizing resource use, and effectively communicating with team members, sales, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee, manage, and engage in order fulfillment processes including order taking, dispatching, scale operations, and ticket management.
  2. Identify, maintain, and accurately allocate contract and private haul trucks to meet order and customer requirements.
  3. Provide precise mapping and directions, adapting to both urban and rural settings while adhering to common weight restrictions.

Deliver exceptional customer service to meet client demands and foster strong relationships with customers. Exhibit product knowledge by recommending options and alternatives that align with customer needs. Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory and transportation resources.

Meet departmental performance benchmarks and service standards.

Manage cash transactions, credit card processing, and customer deposits. Perform necessary account adjustments and ticket corrections.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of three years of experience in customer service. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to interpret maps and provide directions to contract haulers, and the capability to reconcile cash amounts and inventory levels. VA Weigh-master Certification is a plus.

Work Schedule: The hours for this position are typically from 6:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential availability for half-day Saturdays as needed.
