Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor for University Advancement plays a vital role in the Advancement Services team at the College of William & Mary. This team member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the overall mission of the Office of University Advancement.

  • Provide high-quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication
  • Support the Advancement Services team in achieving its goals and objectives
