Front Desk Representative

Job Summary: As a Front Desk Agent at Great Wolf Lodge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests by greeting, answering questions, and responding to their requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, obtaining information and signatures, and issuing guest room keys.
- Establish credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash from guests.
- Direct guests to their rooms by showing them the location on a resort map.
- Convey information to guests in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and policies.
