Role Summary:

As a Front Desk Hospitality Representative at Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Your role will involve registering guests, verifying room requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests by obtaining or confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, and assigning rooms.
  • Establish credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash.
  • Provide concierge duties to guests by answering inquiries regarding resort services, such as entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.
  • Maintain records by entering room and guest account data.
  • Make resort and other reservations by entering or telephoning requirements, checking availability, and confirming requirements.
  • Secure guest's valuables by processing lost and found to the housekeeping department.
