Job Title: Front Desk Clerk

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and owners, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check-in and check-out guests, responding to their requests and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Accurately input information into our computerized reservations system to update and maintain records.
  • Access the reservation system to resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes as required.
  • Generate invoices and collect monies due through the rental program and merchandise sales, maintaining safety deposit boxes.
  • Complete housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders, contacting the appropriate departmental personnel.
  • Prepare and restock the front desk with supplies, including preparing arrival packets.
  • Provide information on area attractions and resort amenities.
  • Type correspondence and reports for management as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proficient English language interpersonal skills to communicate verbally and in writing with guests, owners, and co-workers, with full comprehension of job assignments.
  • Open availability to adjust to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice to meet business demands.
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet organizational demands.
  • Prior customer service, cash handling, and data entry experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • Prior Hospitality, Front Desk, or relevant work history or related experience.
  • Bilingual.
