Front Desk Operations Manager

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless front desk operations and guest services at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. This position requires a strong leader with a background in hospitality management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, utilizing a positive and clear speaking voice to address their needs.
• Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent details, and making an appropriate selection of rooms based on guest requirements.
• Manage Third Party Internet billing and arrivals, prepare group arrivals, and anticipate the flow of arrivals to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Train new agents in daily duties, including cash handling procedures, and ensure compliance with all brand standards.
• Monitor and track the time and attendance of associates, reinforcing attendance policy and recommending progressive discipline procedures as needed.
Requirements
• One year combined prior front desk and supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality management.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and help resolve conflicts.
• Expected hours: 40 per week.

• Experience: 2 years in hospitality, 2 years in front desk operations.
• Language: English (required).
