Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests. Your primary duties will include greeting and checking in/out residents and service providers, monitoring and operating electronic security control systems, and maintaining accurate daily logs and records.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Meet and greet residents, check guests and service providers in/out
- Monitor and operate electronic security control systems
- Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms
- Assist with general concierge services and perform administrative clerical work
- Walk the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes
- Monitor and control access to the building
- Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
- Provide general concierge services and administrative clerical work as needed
- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Command of information system hardware/software is preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required

- Computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications, and usual office equipment
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
- Ability to lift lbs
- Requires standing, sitting position for long periods of time, walking, and occasional climbing when necessary
- Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages; must be able to reach with hands and arms
- The employee is required to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time as well as talking on the phone for extended periods of time
- Must have the ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits, including your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, and others. You will also be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation$25.00/hour
