Role Summary
As a vital member of the Customer Experience team, the Field Service Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer interactions that distinguish us from competitors. This position involves collaborating across key markets to conduct pre-installation assessments, coordinate projects, install equipment, perform repairs, provide training, assist with technical support, and ensure ongoing system maintenance at client sites. Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-installation assessments and coordinate with contractors and clients.
- Execute new equipment installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs while adhering to quality assurance protocols.
- Deliver post-sales technical support and training to on-site personnel.
- Ensure all services meet client specifications and align with quality standards.
- Maintain communication with clients, addressing issues through various channels.
- Possess a foundational understanding of IT and basic networking.
- Conduct research, report on project progress, and manage on-site coordination.
- Oversee inventory and documentation necessary for service activities.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating within a remote team environment.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and management functions.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to improve system reliability.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment as required.
- Willingness to travel frequently for work-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in field service and installations.
- Experience with hardware repair and services at the component level.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying and resolving operational challenges.

Travel Requirements

Compensation
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000
