Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Representative to join our team at GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our enterprise applications, ensuring the smooth operation of critical business applications during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for enterprise applications via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 1+ years of technical phone, chat or email support / software support experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts
  • Flexible with scheduling and working OT if needed
