Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team at Sephora. As a key player in our mission to provide an exceptional shopping experience, you will support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, including paid services, events, classes, loyalty programs, cash handling, and training in your store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of sales and service initiatives, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Coordinate paid services, events, and classes to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Implement and support loyalty programs to reward our valued customers.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
  • Educate teams on service offerings, customer experience, and other key areas to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role. You should have a passion for client service and teamwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Additionally, you should be resilient and adaptable to changing store priorities, with flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
