About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Future. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets across our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and agency members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and sell creative and data-led solutions to meet advertisers' needs
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored sales strategies
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of sales opportunities and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of owning and growing revenue
  • Strong history of exceeding aggressive monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas
  • Wide range of sales experience including branded content, influencers, social monetization, events, partnerships, video, audio, and digital advertising
  • Relationships with decision-makers for major online advertisers and online media buying agencies
  • Track record of success in creating and executing fully integrated marketing plans
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$140,000, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, 401k match, and a profit pool bonus scheme. We are a hybrid role, working three days from the office and two days from home.
