The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial organization. This role will focus on cultivating a network of strategic partners to advance our strategic vision and accelerate growth. Reporting to our VP Partnerships, this person will help identify, secure, and lead commercial partnerships with the ambition to accelerate our new business development in targeted verticals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic problem solver who can think creatively to develop phenomenal outcomes for our partnerships. You will be responsible for supporting ESW collaborations by handling existing partner accounts and ensuring partners and ESW gain business value from our partnership and expanding the relationship to ensure mutual benefit.
Responsibilities- Lead and run existing and new partner accounts, fostering strong relationships.
- Expand and diversify strategic partnerships in conjunction with the sales team and the broader ESW team to increase ESW's new accounts pipeline and existing collaborations.
- Develop systems and procedures to support identifying, engaging, and developing strategic partnerships.
- Identify partner decision makers who can influence roadmaps to have ESW solutions included in their ecosystems and partner with the internal sales organization to drive partnerships forward.
- Communicate regularly with partners as their point of contact, keeping them engaged and informed about ESW.
- Initiate, maintain, and grow strategic relationships, including developing new partnerships that bring value to our core markets to advance our mission.
- Be involved in negotiating and structuring partnerships, working cross-functionally with other team members.
- Explain and sell the product and its value in various settings, including conventions, panels, and forums.
- Validated experience in e-commerce sales and partnerships management.
- Significant experience in business development and building new and existing strategic relationships.
- Proven record in crafting and leading large-scale strategic partnerships in the logistics and/or e-commerce sectors.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently to achieve desired results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express sophisticated business and technology issues in a clear way.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce sectors.
The salary range for this role is 136,000 - 175,000 USD per year.
