You will spearhead the design and implementation of a centralized, scalable AI services platform, empowering our business units to unlock the full potential of data-driven insights, large language models, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive AI platform blueprint, encompassing data pipelines, model development and deployment, API integrations, monitoring, and governance.
  • Guide and mentor teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align AI initiatives with business objectives, ensuring solutions deliver value across the enterprise.
  • Champion data privacy and security, implementing rigorous access controls and adhering to industry-specific regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in designing and deploying complex cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar) and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement event-driven architecture principles, using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in programming languages, including Python, and relevant AI/ML frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying complex cloud architectures.
  • 10+ years of total experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven mastery of event-driven architecture principles and experience building systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.
  • Fluency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • DevOps mindset, with expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring.
  • Proficient in Git and GitHub for collaborative code management.
  • Prior work in healthcare, finance, or government sectors involving strict compliance requirements is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools to streamline model development and deployment workflows.
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
