- Develop and refine machine learning models utilizing Python, with a strong emphasis on Computer Vision methodologies such as OpenCV.
- Architect robust solutions and provide technical insights to optimize the performance and scalability of AI systems.
- Demonstrate familiarity with deep learning and machine learning frameworks, including Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Utilize HuggingFace Transformers and associated libraries in model development.
- Optimize model hyperparameters for enhanced speed and cost efficiency.
- Design and execute Generative AI solutions through contextual prompt engineering and prompt tuning, while assisting solution architects in the development of Generative AI-driven solutions and assets.
- Employ Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
- 7-15 years of practical experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams focused on data science, Generative AI, and AI solutions.
- Proven success in developing AI models in areas such as channel analytics, marketing and customer experience, predictive maintenance, production optimization, and connected products.
- Familiarity with IoT, ERP, and CRM systems and their integration with AI technologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Azure or AWS, with a working knowledge of GCP.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
