About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solution Architect to join our team at Mistral. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will work closely with our General Manager to win new customers and support their successful adoption of our AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sale & Sales Activities:- Collaborate with Account Executives to execute effective technical discovery and understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Contribute to identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral's AI solutions can unlock the most value for the customer.
- Work with the sales team to progress deals and penetrate accounts, providing technical expertise and insights where necessary.
- Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process.
- Create a strategic vision for the customer based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired positive business outcomes, and required capabilities.
- Guide and support customers in deploying our text completion API into their infrastructure.
- Work closely with customers to fine-tune models according to their specific requirements.
- Assist clients in integrating our APIs into their front-end interfaces, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Regularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
- Ensure that customers are maximizing the potential of our AI solutions.
- Provide post-deployment support, addressing any issues or challenges that arise promptly.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct periodic business and technical reviews with customers to ensure value and success are realized.
- Offer recommendations for product optimizations or new features based on customer feedback.
- Develop custom features for customers if needed.
About You
- Hold a PhD or master's degree in AI, data science, or a related field.
- Have a passion for AI and a drive to stay updated and ahead of the curve.
- Have proven experience in product implementation in AI or machine learning products.
- Have strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Have demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead them to successful completion.
- Be proficient in understanding and developing code.
- Have familiarity with front-end interfaces and integration processes.
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
