Position Overview: As an AI Solutions Architect within our innovative team, you will spearhead the integration of advanced AI technologies by crafting tailored and optimized LLM solutions for leading enterprises. Your expertise in customer-facing engineering and technical acumen will be pivotal in designing groundbreaking solutions that fulfill our clients' operational needs while ensuring a high standard of reliability and safety.
Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, you will assist enterprise partners in embedding state-of-the-art AI systems into their offerings. Your strong communication skills will enable you to articulate and showcase intricate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be instrumental in identifying avenues for innovation and differentiation in our AI systems while upholding our commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical consultant for potential clients assessing prompt engineering and fine-tuning initiatives. Illustrate how our AI solutions can meet their specific use cases through practical demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with account executives to grasp customer requirements. Tailor our AI capabilities to highlight how they align with client needs. Create bespoke pilots and prototypes, as well as evaluation frameworks to advocate for client adoption.
  • Guide technical decision-making by advising on the optimal configuration, architecture, and integration of our AI solutions into existing client infrastructures. Propose solutions to overcome technical challenges.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding by coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Act as a continuous technical advisor throughout the deployment process and beyond.
  • Occasionally travel to client locations for workshops, implementation support, and relationship building.
  • Establish a unified vision for developing solutions that promote beneficial and secure AI.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of innovative solutions that leverage the capabilities of our latest models.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in training or fine-tuning deep learning models.
  • 2+ years of experience in roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Platform Engineer.
  • Proven track record in designing novel solutions for technical platforms in emerging business sectors.
  • Strong technical proficiency to collaborate with engineers and a solid foundation in software engineering.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting to various domains based on business challenges, crafting straightforward, comprehensible solutions.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration, managing trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities.
  • A passion for mentoring and empowering others to achieve success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for a diverse audience of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset for leveraging technology in a manner that is safe and beneficial, ultimately advancing the goal of responsible AI systems.
