Interim Senior Accountant

One of our very top clients is searching for an Interim Senior Accountant to add to their team - this is an extremely established and recognizable company that offers a challenge and has amazing company culture. Don't miss your opportunity to be a part of this great team

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
  • The Senior Accountant will prepare monthly journal entries
  • Review all invoices for appropriate General Ledger coding
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of the external audit process
  • Trainnew employees on the accounts payablesystem
  • Act as a liaison between Finance and vendors/operating companies
  • Other responsibilities as delegated
Requirements for the Senior Accountant:
  • Concur and NetSuite experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, regulations and best practices
  • Must be proactive, have strong attention to detail and have strong organizational skills
  • The Senior Accountant must have strong MS Excel experience
