Element Professionals LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Consultant to enhance our sales team.

We are looking for a skilled Sales Consultant who can drive new account sales revenue through strategic business development and proficient management of channel partners, while ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth within current accounts. The ideal candidate will be recognized as a polished and confident sales professional in the technology sector, eager to cultivate strategic client partnerships and deliver innovative product and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets set by company leadership.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline through networking, leveraging existing relationships, and following up on leads generated by the company.
  • Identify client needs and business objectives to create viable sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to a structured prospect qualification process.
  • Document all sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow a systematic sales process to qualify leads and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships throughout the delivery of products and services, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Manage existing accounts and collaborate with the account team to explore further business opportunities.
  • Oversee the proposal development process for opportunities within your sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product applications, and technical services through continuous learning and collaboration with technical staff.
  • Embrace the company culture to uphold excellence in all processes, communications, and deliverables, demonstrating our value to customers and partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a proven history in selling Information Technology Services and/or Consulting services.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant technology services sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong internal and external customer relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to foster relationships with industry channel partners.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy in documents and presentations.
  • Ability to understand technical hardware and software solutions.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Documented history of job stability and successful sales performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), as well as CRM applications.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
