As a Retail Sales Consultant, your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Building enduring relationships with customers by following up on purchases, recommending new products, and inviting them to special events.
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge of fashion and products to serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks in the department, including stock management, re-merchandising, display setup, pricing adjustments, merchandise transfers, and cleaning duties.

Retail Sales Consultants may be required to:

  • Spend the majority of their work hours standing or moving throughout the store.
  • Engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, stooping, carrying, climbing, walking, and reaching.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
