  • Building enduring relationships with customers by following up on purchases, recommending new products, and inviting them to events.
  • Continuously enhancing your knowledge of fashion and products to serve as a resource for customers.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as stock management, merchandising, pricing adjustments, and store upkeep.

Retail Sales Consultants may be required to:

  • Spend a significant portion of their workday standing or moving throughout the store.
  • Engage in physical activities such as bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
  • Be capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
