The Verizon Client Support Specialist will play a vital role within our Customer Service and Sales department. This position is responsible for establishing optimal practices and enhancing processes that align with our customer care goals and drive overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers using provided lead lists, progressing towards building new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Respond to inquiries related to order status, payments, products, promotions, and technical issues affecting the customer experience.
  • Exhibit active listening abilities, demonstrating emotional intelligence in challenging situations, and empathizing with customers to ensure a positive interaction.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of products and services by participating in client meetings focused on technology, sales initiatives, and product updates.
  • Enhance leadership and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
  • Drive sales initiatives through effective promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of exceeding performance targets with a commitment to excellence.
  • Availability for full-time hours, including weekends.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for professional development and networking opportunities.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for assisting others.
  • Strong confidence and public speaking capabilities.
