Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate care and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home-like environment.
  • Engage with clients' families, interdisciplinary teams, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Guide and assist with daily household activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a residential setting supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Familiarity with working with individuals who have medical fragility or physical limitations.
