LMS Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist for the Learning Management System, you will be instrumental in facilitating support for Allied Command Transformation (ACT), NATO's premier change agent.

  • Evaluate and authorize new account applications on JADL, TRANSNET, and e-ITEP platforms
  • Deliver helpdesk assistance through electronic communication and telephonic support
  • Work collaboratively with teams for courseware uploads, SCORM package evaluations, and content upkeep on the JADL platform
  • Personalize and sustain JADL pages for various NATO interest groups
  • Guarantee system functionality and operational status on NATO networks in partnership with NCIA
  • Stay informed about cybersecurity concerns and protective measures

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an online Learning Management System administrator
  • Proficient in LMS troubleshooting, helpdesk support, and user guidance
  • Familiarity with helpdesk management software and issue tracking systems
  • Capability to produce reports and analytics from the LMS database
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and system safeguarding
  • U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance are mandatory
  • Two years of vocational training in a computer-related discipline
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
