Job Overview

We are a leading consulting firm, REI Management Inc., with a strong focus on leadership development, innovative entrepreneurial ventures, and client management. Our Verizon Sales and Customer Service team is a key part of shaping our customer experience, from setting up new accounts to providing exceptional service and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services.

As a member of our Verizon Sales and Customer Service team, you will be responsible for servicing telecommunications giants with a high level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Our campaigns are focused on developing and executing unique, personalized marketing plans designed to create new customer accounts for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the organization of in-person appointments or events to meet client needs
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills
  • Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials to stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company sales goals
  • Support the marketing work of Verizon Sales and Customer Service team members
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the persistence to resolve problems completely
  • Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to details
  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
  • Great process management and organization skills
  • Excellent follow-through and ability to close sales confidently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
  • Self-motivated and self-directed

This is an entry-level, full-time position that requires a high level of comfort working in person with customers directly, in a team setting, as well as working independently.
