Role Overview
A leading enterprise in the insurance sector is seeking dedicated Teleservice Specialists to enhance their Policy Owner Services team. The primary responsibilities will encompass: Handling incoming calls from clients and providing assistance with inquiries related to their diverse products, policy advantages, claims processing, and modifications to their policies. Directing calls to the suitable department based on the client's requirements. Updating client information and processing payments for their accounts.

Compensation:

$18.00/hr
