Position Overview
The Sales Account Executive is tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities. We do not impose sales territories or commission limits.
The ideal candidate will excel in onsite cold calling and effectively persuading potential clients to engage in discussions.

The Sales Account Executive should be capable of working autonomously, driven by personal motivation and a proven history of closing sales and exceeding targets. We seek top-tier talent with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.

The candidate must adapt to our structured sales methodology to generate outcomes that contribute to our growth. Our cold-calling approach is straightforward: "set 2, run 2, another door, another floor, 5 after 5." We take this mantra seriously.

Core Responsibilities
- Adhere to the established LANgineers sales generation process.
- Utilize our CRM system to document all sales interactions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in prospecting for new business and maximizing phone engagement.
- Employ a consistent contact strategy via phone to schedule appointments.
- Exhibit positive and energetic phone skills, along with excellent listening and writing abilities.
- Display strong presentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills, particularly in persuading prospects to meet with you.
- Meet appointment setting and attendance targets.
- Achieve assigned sales goals.

Job Requirements
- Capability to self-manage and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
- Must have valid insurance that meets statutory requirements.
- A functional remote home office with a laptop and internet access is required.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation applications, and email software.
