Sales Support Representative II

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative II to join our team at MSC Industrial Supply Co. As a Sales Support Representative II, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, ensuring a value-added customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service and support to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, including order entry, expediting, and processing returns.
- Resolve customer disputes and basic product-related questions.
- Utilize work instructions and ISO process documentation to perform work as necessary.
- Meet or exceed individual performance guidelines for all phone statistics, contributing to the department's overall service level.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- At least five years of customer service or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Fast-paced call center experience with knowledge of upsell/cross-sell preferred.
- MRO industry and/or distribution experience preferred.
