About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join the sales team at Trane Technologies, a leading provider of innovative climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and establish relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage and process all customer communications, including quotes, opportunities, and customer requests for information.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual financial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • BS degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
