Job Title: Store Sales Representative

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong sales and service background to drive top-line sales growth at assigned Lowe's stores within a geographic territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing strong relationships with store associates, management, and district managers, and will be able to promote and represent the brand and product strengths to customers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with store associates, management, and district managers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product knowledge training sessions for current and newly hired Lowe's associates, focusing on features, benefits, and selling skills.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and revenue, including conducting contractor events and promoting products and services.
  • Ensure promotions, pricing, and signage are set appropriately in each store to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Prepare and present annual growth plans (AGPs) for assigned stores to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
  • Conduct sales training for current and newly hired Lowe's associates, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Assist store associates with tinting and mixing paint as needed, and provide training on equipment operation.
  • Maintain store signage, merchandising displays, color chips, and color card stock, and order inventory of collateral as needed.
  • Review and manage profit and loss statements, expense management, mistint expense tracking, collateral expenses, and travel and entertainment expenses.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or other business-related fields.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with up to 9 Saturdays per year.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • P&L/budget management experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.
  • Ability to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb and descend stairs.
  • Ability to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • May work indoors and outdoors as needed, with exposure to heat, cold, and varying amounts of dust and dirt.
Technical/Skill Requirements:
  • Ability to learn to operate in-store tinting machines.
  • Ability to operate an iPhone and computer.
Travel Requirements:
  • 50% or more travel required, with some travel to other locations, meetings, and/or seminars.
