Medical Device Sales Representative

Medsurg Sales Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Surgical Products, you will be responsible for expanding our market share and driving revenue growth in the med surg industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
- A four-year degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of total outside sales experience.
- At least 3 years of surgical sales experience.
- Unlimited commissions, kickers, and contests.
- Company covers all expenses.
- A comprehensive healthcare and retirement package.
- Excellent leadership and extensive product support.
- Continuous pipeline of new products.
- Strong name recognition and market share.
- Significant base salary and 250+ at plan. uncapped commissions.
