Our Client Support Specialists (CSSs) serve as the primary point of contact for our clientele, and we prioritize their dedication to outstanding customer engagement, positive demeanor, and capability to guide our customers through the ordering journey.
Earn While You Assist
Beyond delivering exceptional customer engagement through order processing, our CSSs acquire invaluable experience by assisting with in-store responsibilities and gaining insights into the pizza delivery sector. Our CSSs will receive an hourly base compensation of $
Flexible Scheduling
Our CSSs typically work during weekends and evenings. This role is ideal for students, those seeking a secondary job, summer employment, or part-time opportunities. We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs.

In the CSS role, you will have a remarkable opportunity to understand the in-store operations and potentially progress into management. Domino's Pizza is dedicated to internal promotions - many of our General Managers began as delivery drivers, and several started as CSSs. This position serves as a pathway to advancement within our Management Development Program.
To qualify for a Client Support position at Domino's Pizza, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent communication abilities. Some familiarity with computers is advantageous. Additionally, we seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Position Requirements
PHYSICAL DEMANDS , including, but not limited to the following:
Standing
Most tasks are performed while standing. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum in certain food preparation areas. Work surfaces are between 36" and 48" high.
Walking
For short distances and brief durations.
Delivery personnel must navigate between the store and delivery vehicle, as well as from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
Sitting
Administrative tasks are generally completed at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries occur bi-weekly or more frequently and are unloaded by team members using a hand truck.
Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x '.
Cases are typically lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying
Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are transported from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is moved from the storage area to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, weighing approximately 12 pounds each.
During deliveries, team members carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing tasks.
Pushing
To maneuver trays placed on dollies.
A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members may occasionally navigate stairs or climb a ladder to adjust prices on signage, clean walls, or perform maintenance.
Stooping /Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
While toe room is available, workers cannot flex their knees while standing at this station.
The duration of this position is approximately seconds at one time, repeated continuously throughout the day.
Forward bending is also required at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Occasionally performed to stock shelves and clean lower areas.
Reaching
Continuous reaching is required; up, down, and forward.
Workers may reach above 72" to operate oven controls, adjust prices on signage, and lift or lower objects to and from shelves.
Workers reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal from a barrel or washing dishes.
Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
Equipment and Tools
Team Members may need to use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.
Qualifications
Valid employment authorization to work in the United States. Friendly demeanor. Ability to collaborate effectively with others. Capable of working under the pressure of a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking skills. Ability to address customer inquiries. Must adhere to Domino's Policies. Team-oriented mindset.
