Community Living Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a designated client caseload, ensuring regular interactions and maintaining thorough and current client records and documentation.
- Utilize a client-focused methodology to provide essential services and referrals for individuals facing homelessness.
- Address conflicts and manage difficult behaviors while prioritizing client independence and safety.
- Support clients in developing essential daily living skills to achieve successful independent living.
- Conduct initial assessments, evaluations, and necessary documentation including progress reports and care plans.
- Accompany clients to necessary appointments as required.
- Engage in collaborative team meetings and case discussions.
- Provide emergency first aid and CPR support as needed.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
- Thursday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM
- Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Experience working with homeless populations is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary. CPR certification is mandatory.
