Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to manage collective accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies, collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Management: Process and enter sales orders, quotations, and customer acknowledgements into our CRM system.
  • Project Management: Manage project schedules, coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, and maintain accurate records.
  • Documentation: Develop Installation Operations and Maintenance Manuals to provide customers with written documentation on how to operate and maintain equipment.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve issues, coordinate scheduling of equipment start-up, and resolve warranty-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience: 2 or more years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Skills: Strong sales presence, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team, and proficiency in CRM software.
Working Conditions

The Inside Sales Account Manager will work in a normal office environment, with occasional travel required. The position requires moderate lifting, sitting, and standing, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
