Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage established and new customers to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Leverage other resources to assist with top penetration opportunities and new accounts opening
  • Identify prospective customers by utilizing market intelligence databases, business directories, and other sources
  • Know market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
  • Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and clients
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools
  • Valid driver's license required and motor vehicle record must be in good standing
Work Environment

Frequently outside the office environment, working in the field visiting customers in variable weather and temperature conditions.

Supervision

No direct reports. Reports to District Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, VP of Local Sales, Accounting/Credit Department, Merchandising and Marketing, Operations, and Customer Contact.
