We are looking for a dedicated Guest Services Supervisor to lead and inspire our Front Desk, AYS, and Concierge Lounge teams. This pivotal role involves training, motivating, and managing staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Supervisor will play a crucial part in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to prepare staff for daily operations.
  • Exemplify the Hosting Marriott Culture through actions and behavior.
  • Review daily activities and address any changes with management and staff.
  • Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain open communication with department managers to ensure operational consistency.
  • Document staff performance and provide constructive feedback as needed.
  • Ensure all associates are well-groomed and in proper uniform.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Assist management with reasonable requests from guests and staff.
  • Oversee staff efficiency while delivering high-quality service to guests.
  • Manage inventory of uniforms, supplies, and equipment effectively.
  • Prepare weekly schedules based on guest needs and staff availability.
  • Conduct regular hospitality audits to uphold Service Excellence Standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs for management and emergency procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with staff and other departments.
  • Identify and address special requirements for groups and VIPs.
  • Complete necessary reports for any incidents or injuries.
  • Encourage staff to effectively promote hotel services to guests.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to guest issues and follow-ups.
  • Supervise staff and manage any personnel-related situations.
  • Oversee ordering procedures for supplies needed in the Concierge Lounge.
  • Keep local information for the Concierge Lounge current and accessible.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to staff.

Schedule: Must be available for both AM and PM shifts.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
