Position Overview
  • Build and nurture guest relationships to foster loyalty
  • Address guest requests and requirements swiftly and effectively
  • Exhibit hospitality and take responsibility for guest concerns
  • Proactively suggest additional services to enhance the guest experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Conduct visual inspections of work areas and hotel facilities
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
