Position Overview
- Build and nurture guest relationships to foster loyalty
- Address guest requests and requirements swiftly and effectively
- Exhibit hospitality and take responsibility for guest concerns
- Proactively suggest additional services to enhance the guest experience
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Conduct visual inspections of work areas and hotel facilities
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- Fluency in English and the local language
- Professional and courteous interaction with the public
- Effective communication with all team members
- Skills in conflict resolution
- Compliance with grooming and dress code standards
Follow safety guidelines, report incidents promptly, and support safety initiatives. Exercise caution on slippery surfaces and adhere to safety instructions.
