Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will deliver clinical expertise to guarantee that all patients receive exceptional, efficient care.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and coordinating all functions within the unit/department during your assigned shift.
- Collaborating with other management team members to oversee, assess, and enhance nursing care.
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Managing all practical aspects of staff labor in alignment with patient care requirements and established productivity standards.
- Providing recommendations regarding the recruitment, selection, and training of new staff members.
- Recommending and implementing strategies, including training and development, conflict resolution, adherence to personnel policies, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to maintain a competitive organization.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and/or possession of an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross is required.
- A minimum of one year of RN experience is required.
